Sanja Miladinovic is a TV journalist, translator, and visual creator with nearly two decades of experience in author driven television formats and documentary work.

 She spent almost twenty years working at RTV Kraljevo (formerly JP Ibarske novosti RTV Kraljevo), developing and producing documentary programs and long-form reportages, typically ranging from 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the subject and format.

 Her work process covered the full editorial and production cycle  from concept development, research, and scripting, to shooting structure, montage planning, and collaboration with camera and editing teams. She worked in an author driven framework, independently selecting themes and shaping narrative approaches, with occasional contributions to daily news and informational programming.

 Throughout her television career, she focused on building structured visual narratives, where framing, rhythm, music, and atmosphere were treated as essential storytelling elements , not decoration.

She collaborated on projects and programs developed in cooperation with media and international organizations, including ANEM, IREX, and the BBC.
